Hotel Cass was a gut rehab renovation. The small and sometimes unusual room configurations were a challenge to work with, requiring the furniture to serve more than one function, while the fresh modern style with crisp color accents make the rooms feel larger and luxurious.




Parkview Hotel, also a gut rehab was designed to be an extension of the Lincoln Park neighborhood, a warm and welcoming place where visitors felt at home.
